I think anyone that has ever had monster cookies loves them. With the mixture of peanut butter, chocolate chips, rolled oats and M&M’s what’s not to love?
So why not turn them into a fun and easy monster cookie dough dip that can be enjoyed by the whole family without any baking?
What is the main ingredient in Monster cookie dough dip?
We are big peanut butter fans in this house, so this monster cookie dough dip was a big hit.
My kids loved making this dip and they loved eating it even more. And of course, we added a few extra ingredients to make it even more tasty.
If you do not love the tastes of peanut butter, then this monster cookie dough dip probably isn’t for you. It calls for a whole cup of peanut butter!
We also added in peanut butter chips along with the chocolate chips to give it a little extra peanut butter flavor and crunch.
Most monster cookie dough dip recipes you find only have chocolate chips and M&M’s but we like to be extra sometimes.
So, we added mini M&M’s, chocolate chips and peanut butter chips! And in our opinion, it was great!
I think it will be a lot of fun to make this for the holidays and use Christmas colored M&M’s.
What should I dip in my monster cookie dough dip?
We used pretzels for dipping, but I think it would be good with graham crackers or vanilla wafers as well.
This Monster cookie dough dip would even be perfect with Chocolate covered pretzels!
I used an electric hand mixer. A stand mixer would work great for this thick cookie dough dip though.
You will want to make sure that your cream cheese and butter is room temperature or warmer. This makes it much easier to mix.
Old fashioned oats work great for this monster cookie dough dip. The oats help thicken the dip while adding consistency.
I recommend either using a paddle on your stand mixer or a spoon to mix in the oats.

How do you make monster cookie dough dip?
- Mix Cream cheese, butter and peanut butter with hand mixer or stand mixer until smooth
- Add powdered sugar, flour, brown sugar and vanilla mix well
- Fold in rolled oats
- Fold in M&M’s, chocolate chips and peanut butter chips
Serve cold with Pretzels or your favorite cookie!

8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup mini M&M’s
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
Pretzels for dipping
- In large mixing bowl mix cream cheese, butter, and peanut butter with electric mixer
- Add powdered sugar, flour, brown sugar and vanilla
- Mix until smooth
- Fold in rolled oats
- Fold in chocolate chips, M&M’s and peanut butter chips.
- Serve with pretzels or your favorite cookie
- Store in refrigerator
